There is no easy way to disconnect stove top elements.
If you do not feel it is safe leave it powered off.
Also I am out of ideas about the furnace.

If your gas furnace is blowing cold air, a number of factors could be to blame
The Thermostat is Not Functioning Properly
A Reset is Required
The Door Cover Is Open
The Filter is Dirty
The Pilot Light is Out
Your Heating Registers Are Closed
The Flame Sensor Needs Cleaning

I think you must check the air filter. Because a dirty or clogged filter can reduce efficiency, replace it with a new air filter if it’s dirty. Otherwise, give call to HVAC expert to fix this problem.
