Whirpool washer spinning problem

Hi,
There is a whirlpool washer that agitate but not spin.it spin slowly when I push it but stopped after a while.Any body knows what is wrong with it and what parts need to replace.The motor coupler looks fine from under neath.I think of clutch.
The model number is YLTE5243Q4

Thanks for your help.I haven't start to take it apart.however,I have watched some videos on YouTube.I did not get exactly how the spring clutch should locate to the drive tube (where there is one spring  and a break cam located) .Are those springs should get in to each other.How they should be located?
