Ok Just thought of something while looking at the manual. I have a 3 wire plug for the dryer. Do I need a 4 wire plug? Manual had both listed but just wanted to ask you all if you have had problems with three prong plugs causing pcb failures due to not having the extra ground in the wall?
If the wall outlet is 4-prong (look at outer edge of outlet) then you need to use a 4-prong Electric Cord.  Available at most Hardware Stores (like Lowe's, Home Depot, etc).

I have 3 prong outlet and 3 prong plug.  I put the plug on the dryer myself. I bought the dryer used and it did not come with a cord. I know my cord is correct for my outlet, but is the cord correct for the dryer? Also what, if any advantage does a 4 prong outlet have over the 3?

A four prong cord has extra safety by separating the neutral from the  ground at the dryer. That is, if it's installed correctly, most of the time they are not. Your dryer doesn't care if it's extra safe or not, just use the cord that matches your outlet.

Thanks tgoods I'm a automotive tech so I am very familiar with DC voltage. But only understand very basic AC. So thanks everyone for putting up with me, I know it isn't always easy dealing with newbies.

FIXED IT! It was the main pcb.  It still sends 53v dc to the Sub but it's working now.  I attached a pic of the old pcb I think that is a burnt spot on the transformer.
