In the middle of a dry cycle, I heard the LG music play and the dryer shut off.  It won't turn back on, even after unplugging and re-plugging the cord, checking the fuse box, etc.  I even tried the cycle check (press two buttons and the on button simultaneously) but that didn't work either.  Left it unplugged for a while and tried it again--no luck.

What's weird is if I spin the drum by hand, the unit powers on!  But as soon as the drum slows down almost to a halt, it shuts off.  It's as if the drum spinning is triggering the unit to turn on, but when it's stopped, no power is making it to the system.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on here?  Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

You will want to check the line filter to see if you have power in and out. If you have it coming out check if you have it at the board.
