Ok...so, I go to a call yesterday for a luxury vacation home rental company (which I have been trying to get there work) and it's a no cool in the fridge compartment and it's a built in Monogram (which I have never worked on before). The fridge is totally pack with food and is 46 degrees and the freezer is 0. So I pop the top compartment open and notice that the condenser coil is clogged and I started by cleaning the coil. Next, I look for a tech sheet.. no tech sheet.. So I tack down the top panel in the fridge compartment and noticed that the flapper was shut, so I gently open it up. Next I put it in diagnostics freezer 0, fridge 7 and start test 1-4 passed, when it got to 5 it gave me a zero... I guessing its a bad thermistor from what I've read previously. Where is this thermistor at... Is it in the duct or is it built into the flapper? I ordered two new thermistors.. Is there also a ambient thermistor somewhere in this fridge as well? Any help is greatly appreciated!!! The compressor is running, I checked compressor control board it visually looked ok as well as the control board. Thanks!
