Samsung WF350ANWXAA, shakes like crazy, even when empty.  The tub, shocks and rotor check out good.  I'm thinking maybe one of the balance rings?  How much time should I bid? Should I replace both rings while I'm in there?

It's a two hour job. I would replace both rings as well.
