What service management software is everyone using?
« on: March 12, 2014, 01:09:53 PM »

FULL DISCLOSURE: I work for Mhelpdesk, the top-rated field service management software company.

What type of software is everyone using to manage their work orders, scheduling, invoices, etc? We are seeing a huge uptick in companies moving from pen and paper to software and I'm interested to see what is working and what is not working.

FULL DISCLOSURE: I work for Mhelpdesk, the top-rated field service software company for managing work orders, scheduling, field tech updates, invoicing and more.

I use Logiserv and I bought it about 20 years ago. I just use it for record keeping and making out my invoices. Since I downsized and became a one man operation, I don't use the inventory and scheduling anymore.

Quickbooks and Google calendar for scheduling.  I'm looking to improve.  I have mobilebiz on my android phone but haven't used it.  Mostly because it doesn't integrate with Quickbooks.
Why isn't there any pricing on your website?

mpengo , well anyway I'm trying to use it. I really need to take some time and get it working. I have had it a month and still have only played with it.

So would this replace my quickbooks? or would I still need a finance program?
