Hi, I was getting OE error and was not draining so I removed the drain piped and cleaned it out. while I had the side panel off, I noticed one part was all gummed up with black sticky grease. It was a part with wire connections on top and some floats inside that activated the switches. It was so gummed up that the floats wouldn't move. I removed that part, took the floats out and cleaned it as well as the connecting hoses. I put everything back together and am now getting LE error. I checked the motor blade in my sump assembly and it spins freely so I know that the motor isn't blocked.
It is possible that I slightly kinked the water supply hose as it's a copper line and I had a heck of a time getting it out and then putting it back on when I slid my dishwasher back in the cupboard. Is there a chance that if I replace this copper line that it will fix my new problem? Or does it sound like I may have broken something else while cleaning for my original problem.
Some more information: I am getting water in the dishwasher, I was able to run a 'rinse cycle' successfully, but am now getting the LE error every time I try an cycle.
