Remove the Top Cover of the washer (2 screws at the rear---slide top cover rearward and lift off).
Run a cycle
When the Time Remaining displays 10 minutes---pull-off/disconnect the black tube from the Water Level Sensor (see image)

Blow into the black tube---into the tub (clear tube of debris) and re-connect the tube to the Water Level Sensor.
Test the washer again (another cycle).
If the Spin Speed remains slow and the Time Remaining stalls at 10 minutes...
Replace the Drain Motor.
