Maytag Bravos Washer - Tech Sheet needed
« on: December 12, 2013, 08:07:40 AM »

I am in need of a tech sheet for a Maytag Bravos Quiet Series 300 Washer - Model #MVWB400VQ0 somebody got into this machine and did not replace it and now it's missing. Anyone happen to have a tech sheet and or service manual to get into this. Your normal turn of the dial and 3 second hold of button doesn't allow me to get into the Diagnostics Test mode.

Thank You!

That method does not get me into Diagnostics. Is that the correct tech sheet?

I've tried both methods. NO GO??

3 Seconds botton hold down and the  - Right, right , right, left, right - Is there a special sequence on this Model ?

That is the correct tech sheet. Timing must be exact, hold 3 secs. release 3 secs. ...etc.

That's a VMW.

It is not a VMW. It's an "Oasis" type. Try 5 seconds for your press & release times.

Thanks guys it was the 3 seconds on, 3 seconds off etc.

This was a first time for a digital control that illuminates when you push any key, that threw me off with no tech sheet attached !

I just worked on a similar one yesterday and it was a VMW. Makes sense I guess.  They're built on the same assembly line. Lean manufacturing strikes again...

This washer has the large rotor/stator direct drive motor with no transmission. Totally different design than the VMW.
