1989 utica expansion tank . new watts inlet pressure valv serial # 1330 /number 1156F / no model number stamped on id plate.boiler pressure at 35 psi. the tech said it is ok .when origanaly installed in 1989 tech said it should't be over 20 works it heats .but slight hum in return pipes.wrapped towels around these .quited the sound.the old valve was adjustable new one is this to much pressure? is this ok?
