I have a Whirlpool Cabrio that i need some help with. It will fill up with water, but will not spin or agitate. It sounds like it makes a faint Clicking like noise, but that's about all. The Lid sounds like it's locking, but not 100% sure. I can put it on a different setting, and it will do the same thing. If i put it to drain and spin, it will drain, but not spin  :( Please help!

Check the pump for an obstruction. I saw the exact same thing and found a sock in the pump. The pump is easy to take apart with a screwdriver.

Tilt the machine back for access to the bottom, there may be a sound absorber on this model that has to be removed as well,  and remove the belt shield. Check for broken belt and check that the main drive pulley nut is tight. Does the lid lock light stay on or is it flashing?

Was the washer ever fixed, will it spin and agitate now? Curious because I have the same exact problem with the one I/m working on.
