GE washer GTAN2800D0WW pulley scraping on bottom cabinet
« on: May 28, 2013, 12:04:08 PM »

Tub and motor assy are too low on this one. I know there is a modification kit but not sure about this model. Does anyone know what needs replacing? Unit is 45min away and would like to have parts on hand
Appreciate any help :)

I haven't seen this on that model, but I have on a lot of other GE's.  It's always the front apron (brace), but on this model you have to replace the whole apron (rod assembly), part# WH46X10270.  It looks like no part vendors sell it, but you should be able to order it directly from GE.
GOOD LUCK!
