2 years old K/a oven model KEBK101SSS04

Customer used the self clean cycle, and now the bake or broil elements are not coming on. Panel will light and show temp. but will not heating at all.
Service manual would be appreciated :-\

The thermal fuse on the back of the oven is open. Part #8304452. You need to remove the oven from the wall, remove the back panels and you will see it to your right when looking at the oven from the back.

I agree with Low, thermal fuse is bad.
