Frigidaire refrigerator

Just serviced this fridg., about 4 years old with a R134A compressor. The compressor was very hot and the klixon overload was tripped.
When it kicked in the compressor drew 13 amps and started!! then shut down after a short period of time.
Apparently the start device ( coil type) was sticking.
Replaced both items. Compressor ran fine, but drew about 1.6 amps and chilled down the evaporator very fast. Seems like around a .4 hp compressor!
Have never before seen this. Apparently the compressor is impedance protected as the windings did not burn out!
