Any ideas where I can get parts for this model and a manuel. Unit is leaking oil out of both rear gearboxes and one of them is getting oil into ice cream hopper.

I know a guy that use to do maintenance for a good size plant that ran around the clock. They had the ability to make a lot of their own gaskets and o-rings on site.

Just doing a little google search and found this site.
http://www.quickcutgasket.com

Not sure if it would be a option for you to buy some materiel and make replacement gaskets and o-rings or not, but thought I would bring it up.
