« on: April 09, 2013, 09:36:02 AM »

Does anyone know if there are replacement bearing for a Kitchenaid KHWS02RMT1 or does the does the rear outer tub have to be replaced. Tech manual nor parts manual show seperate bearings but I have been told the bearings are are replacable.

Whirlpool only sells the bearings with the rear tub.  Bearings are easy to get, you need a 6206 rear and a 6307 front. You can get the tub seals here for $35.
Have your customer call Whirlpool, they've been comping the tub shells and basket, even out of warranty.  Whirlpool will call you to confirm the diagnosis and drop ship the parts to the customer.

t is for thank you and good is what you are. I thought that might be the bearings and seal but wasn't sure, I read one of your previous post refering to those for neptune. The last piece of info will certainly make my customer happy if Whirlpool comes through.
Thanks again
