My washer is out of balance during the spin mode and the Model# is WBVH5300K0WW.
The legs are level, lower shocks and upper springs look fine.
Therefore, I need your help on what part I should check and/or replace.

Check your drain pump clean out, make sure no lint buildup.

Broken spider. I thought it would be covered under warranty but I checked and it's only covered for one year. Call GE and see if they'll give you a warranty concession, 1-800-GE-CARES. It's an expensive part,

, so I hope they really do care.
