The most common problem that would cause this to happen would be a bad temperature probe.

316217002A bad connection between the temp probe and oven control/clock could also cause a F-10 error.
If you don't find any bad connection and after you replace the temp probe it still happens then chances are you have a problem with the oven control/clock.

316418720I would start by checking for bad connection. Then if you have a ohm meter you can check the continuity on the temp probe.
It should read around 1100 ohms at room temperature. Being this does not happen all the time the temp probe may check ok with a meter, but still be the cause of the problem.
