LG Dryer Main Control Board EBR62707629 should take care of it.  O0

Thanks! I'll report back if it resolves my issue.

I'm having this issue with my 1.5 year old LG dryer.  :embarassed:

Anyone know what part I need for model DLG4871W?

And if/where I can find a video to help with the repair?

This thread has a video on how to open up the dryer:
http://appliancejunk.com/forums/index.php?topic=15347.10

I have the "steam drawer" so my process was actually much easier, the PCB board was hanging on the right side (when facing the front).  There was no need to remove the front panel.

I cannot opine on the part number for your dryer but the item I ordered, note above, worked for my model.

I just bought my part from Sears because the affiliate didn't have it in stock and it was $25 more if I waited on backorder.

FYI the install was very easy. The hardest part was removing the old board from the front panel that was held on by some clips. Nothing a butter knife couldn't handle.

Hello...
We have this issue as well on our LG DRYER model number DLGX3471W.
Would this also be the main pcb board?

My quick research comes up with an OEM part number of #EBR74329401
Is this what I would need to replace and any advice on doing the repair myself?

Thanks so much!
Brett
