Title: Any value, 1928?
Post by: outaluck on February 07, 2011, 04:35:05 PM
Anyone ever deal with a running 1928 monitor top GE refrigerator?  Any idea of the value of this thing? it's in decent shape just needs a little cleaning.  Obviously it could be a beer fridge but I'm curious if there is a market for it due to its age or style?  Thanks

It would be cool if they produced a new box like that these days.

They do make reproductions of the old appliances.
Not inexpensive.

Call that TV show American Pickers. They may make you an offer. Beats carrying it to Antiques Roadshow"  :)
