What is the best White paint that can be used for the interior of a drum that has areas of peeling paint. ? Also recommendations for drying any such paint before it is resinstalled in the dryer ?

The Rustoleum high temp white paint sold at Menards seems like the best choice for this application. The tumbler bars were removed before painting. I used it and used a fan with heat to help dry the inside after cleaning with a wire brush and painting. It looks decent and should stick fairly well.
