Title: Speed Queen gas dryer model ADG30RGS111TW01 with s/n 1205010502

I just picked up this dryer for possible repair and need help to identify the source of the  problem . If someone out there has some useful advice it would be greatly appreciated. The situation as found is this: the  unit immediately starts to run when plugged in to 110  volt and the igniter will not turn on. All parts such as the flame sensor, igniter, solenoid coils ,thermal fuse, regulating t-stat and door switch have been checked and verified. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. I even went so far as to take a gas valve, flame sensor, and igniter from another working unit and put it into this machine  with no luck. All the wiring is intact. The timer shows no burnt terminals.  I am at a loss to solve this problem. Does anyone have some suggestions. ?

With a lot of work I believe that the problem is primarily in the timer . To my recollection there is an outfit that rebuilds timers but I cannot find their info. Can anyone help me in locating this outfit. I think they are in the Chicago area but not sure. Help !

I was able to install an alternate timer that works but not completely  the way it should. If a rebuilt timer of the original p/n can be obtained I will put it back into the machine .
