Title: LG DLGX8101V Dryer Service Manual Needed Desperately!
Post by: tonkyman on January 21, 2021, 08:21:16 PM
I'm in dire need of a service manual for an LG DLGX8101V Dryer. I have searched both the google drive and manual archive but can't find one. There is one in this forum for the DLGX8001 but some of the wiring and diagnostics are different. Can someone help me out. I've got a customer I've had down for almost a week and they're getting a bit panicky.

Thanks for your help,
Tony

Well I tried to email to you but your email service bounced it back to me saying it was to large.
Maybe you have another email address other than @gumpond.com I can send it to.

What's the Issue with the Dryer?

Blaiser,
It's dead. The light will come on inside but the control panel is unresponsive. If you push the power button it does nothing. I pulled the panel and looked for burnt traces like the older models would do but everything looks fine. Is there a thermal fuse that can kill the control panel (similar to the Whirlpool Duet)?

Thanks,
