Title: Service Matters, is it worth it?
Post by: JimmyMas on November 19, 2020, 08:47:57 PM
Hello everyone, was debating signing up for service matters. Trying to bring my business to the next level and figure it can help my tech and myself out a lot. Does the subscription come with a tech support line as well or is that separate? I remember when I first started out I used to call tech line constantly to walk me through repairs. I'm not sure which tech lines my company at the time was using though. Any thoughts are appreciated!

If you work on a lot of Whirlpool it's definitely a valuable tool.  You can sign on an extra 2 users to share cost.

I even notice that Whirlpool isn't including any parts installations instructions anymore so it's worth it just for that.
