Title: Motor wont AGITAT OR SPINN

i HAVE A GE BASIC WASHER I HAVE VOLTAGE TO THE MOTOR BUT WONT SPIN. I REPLACED THE MOTOR AND THE SAME THING. i JUMPED THE LID SWITCH THATS NOT IT THE PRESS SWIT SEEMED GOOD,
DOES THAT SHAFT TUBE ASY/ TRANSMISSION HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT??? iT HAS 2 WIRES WHICH CONNECT TO THE MOTOR FROM THAT TRANSMISSION?????

I ALSO THOUGHT THOSE MOTORS HAVE AN LED THAT LITE UP WHEN U PLUG THEM IN BUT MY NEW AND OLD MOTOR THE LED IS NOT LIGHTING UP>>>>????

Don't dump no more money in that machine. That right there is scale fodder.

I can not pull up a diagram for this model number.
Open the control panel and see if there is a printed circuit board in the right hand corner.
If so, I will have to remember which 2 wires to bypass and you will get spin.

The diagram posted by AJ does not show the board I was referring to.
