Title: Kenmore(Sam sung)washer model 592.49057 01 does not finish cycle

My customer has this washer that won't finish the spinning.At the final spin,the count down went down to 2 minutes,then went back to 10 minutes,it does this continuously,it will never finish the wash.I cannot tell what is causing this problem.If owner stop the wash,by pressing the stop,it will stop.Please help!

I would be looking at anything that would prevent water from draining.  Like plugged filter, drain hose more than 4 inches in drain stand, clog in one of the hoses, etc.  Let us know what you figure out.

Well that's a thought.I wasn't suspecting problem with slow draining.I would pay attention to the spinning,how dry the clothes are at the end.I am going there soon.Thank you bearcat.

Hello Bearcat,you are right about the drain causing that problem.I found out the washer was not draining at all.So I cleaned up the hoses,the washer works well now.Thanks again.

Hello all,I have to make s correction about this washer.The customer complained that this washerspun all night at 2 ninutes.I knew the spider or the bearing was worn out and shaking and noisy.It turned out this shaking slowed down the spinning,the washer brain thinks the load was out of balance so it stopped the spinning and tried again.no water was coming in to try to balance.So it was spin,stop,spin,stop,all night long.So I told the customer to use the machine and stop it when clothes are dry enough,until she is ready for a new washer.
