Title: Thermador Freedom Induction Cooktop Error
Post by: Farkus1982 on March 31, 2017, 08:40:43 PM
Model CiT 36 XKB / 01 has been giving System Failure error code Ci9 ADB L. Suggested power off only seems to work every now and again and not for long. Guessing I need a new circuit board, but looking for the service manual and/or confirmation on which board needs replacing. I am pretty handy and have replaced fridge/furnace/receiver boards in the past. Thanks!

HI THERE
I have found the same problem with my freedom induction cooktop.
How were you able to solve it?

Thanks!

Ed

Great contribution!!!
Thank you so much! Now, I have another problem. I was thinking to change the P.C. board and the relay module by myself. Do you think that I could do it without having to do the calibration with the computer?
If not, do you know where  I can get the software and the computer interface?
I am in South America and there is not a single Thermador technician here :-(
