Title: LG front load washer leaking from tray
Post by: peterlandis on August 17, 2013, 03:22:41 PM
I purchased an LG front load washer and after 4 mths it started leaking from the tray.

I haves checked that the sears installers made it level, cleaned the tray, checked the water pressure, and even tried washing with no detergent to confirm its not a cause of the detergent.  Here's a video showing the issue.

Usually a sign of clogged filter inlet screens, low water pressure, or both. O0

What pressure is 50 psi and I made sure that the filters inlet screens are clean.  Nothing was blocking it.  The washer was installed less then 4 mths ago.

i would replace both the drawer and dispenser. 90% of new unit ISSUES/DEFECTS/PROBLEMS are due to the house parameters, circumstances... Almost never the units problem. This may or may not be.
