Are they blotchy or streaked?

Replace the rear drum seal and probably the drum rollers, too.

This job is done from the front.  There are two screws on the bottom of the console about one inch from the ends.  They are attached to a spring loaded clip.  Just pull them down with pliers and the console will flip down.  Remove the ground wire and the two 5/16 screws from the front panel.  Push the front panel up to remove it from the clips. Remove the belt. Remove the top panel so you can spread the sides apart and remove the drum.

Check the belt, if the rubber is cracked, replace it.  The idler pulley should spin freely.

It's hard to say without looking at it.  If the rubber on the rollers have worn down enough, it will create a gap at the bottom of the drum that the clothes can get caught in.

How long do I need to let the adhesive dry

It dries fast.  You can install the drum almost immediately after installing the seal.

The felt seal should have included instructions.
If not here is a copy for you.

You do not need to cut it. It's a tight fit and you may need a extra set of hands or a clamp to help you hold it in place as you stretch it around the drum.

i get it around the drum, but there is not enough of a lip to hold it on it pops right off

I have always removed the drum to install the seal. As I wait for the glue to dry a bit I clean out the rest of the dryer. The glue is really tacky and should help hold things in place. I sometimes use a spring clamp or two to help me hold it in place. Somedays I'm in the zone and don't need to use any clamps, just get lucky sometimes I guess. Not sure what else to tell you, sorry.

Maybe another tech will have some words of advice for us.

Ok I got it on and glued, I have the greeen stiched edge toward the front of the drum. Should I NOT be able to see any light between the gasket and rear of the dryer ?? I can in spots ??

Good job!
You maybe able to see some light at first.
I rotate the drum around and check the seal from the outside to make sure it's not doubled over in any spots.
Once you run the dryer the seal will warm up and take shape a little more too.

Should I wait awhile to run it

I ended up putting on the drum first, then setting the drum in place with the front panel on then pushing the seal in place then glueing
Now if I have it on the correct way ??

Looks good, I probably let them sit and dry for maybe a half hour as I check out the rest of the dryer, clean the vent, etc...

You think I have it on correctly ?? Also the one rubber wheel can not move front to back on the shaft, the other one can ??

Yes, to me it looks like the diagram in the instruction.

Did you replace them? The rear drum support roller need to spin freely. They don't need to move front to back. The one roller may have more back and forth play then the other one.
